BasicallyBainbridge is a blog about fulfilling life’s basic needs for food, clothing and shelter on and around Bainbridge Island, WA.
I’m Rob Clark and I know a lot about food. I’ve been growing organic vegetables in Western Washington for 29 years, and I’ve been cooking, sometimes professionally, for 45 years. I’ll be showing how I grow food, buy food and cook food here in the Pacific Northwest.
I’m mainly a Realtor®, Managing Broker at John L. Scott Real Estate, so I’ll also be covering the “Shelter” part of BasicallyBainbridge. During my 24 years in real estate, I’ve managed three different brokerages, and I’ve listed and sold properties all around Puget Sound. I’ll be explaining what’s trending in real estate locally and nationally. For those of you considering a move to Bainbridge or Kitsap County, I’ll be happy to help you.
I’m also fascinated with style and fashion. I guess it’s the New Yorker in me. So expect the occasional post about something more interesting than spandex and fleece.
Finally there’s a category called Bainbridge Basics, where I’ll be posting about life in general here on the Island.
